I haven’t done an Unemployment Update in awhile because there’s not much to say. I’m still unemployed. Still looking for a job. It’s hard to believe I’m heading into my sixth month of not working. I definitely thought I would have a job by now, or at least feel like I’d accomplished a lot more than I actually have in the last five months.

All those things you think you’ll do if only you had the time? Yeah, it turns out you’re not doing them because you don’t have the time. You’re not doing them because you don’t actually want to.

I do not go to a workout class every day. I have not cleaned and organized my entire house. And I have not finished a first draft of a novel. Yet. The workout class thing may never happen but I still press on with the organizing and the writing.
